Staff were very friendly but incredibly slow. A/C issues fixed promptly by Mohammed Farhan (Duty Manager) and upgraded us swiftly. Outdoor area and cafe area, large and comfortable. Very family friendly with play areas for kids. Hotel joined to a small local style mall with great coffee and boba Excellent gym facilities 24h

The location was at Mangga Dua Square (perfect if you have last minute shopping). Our family loves the breakfast buffet, there are so much variety to choose. Additionally they have a different wellness juice every day, local Jamu for health and even freshly made ginger tea. Our room was very spacious and clean. The staffs was very friendly and helpful. There were big Koi fish pond and my kids totally loves feeding them. Overall our stay was very pleasant. No doubt we will stay there again for our next trip.

The hotel is inside the Mangga Dua sqaure so it’s very easy to locate. Now to the hotel, the checkin process was fairly smooth. Did not get an early checkin, so had to wait for the room to be ready. The rooms are spacious and well kept. No complaints regarding the rooms.

Good location if you want to go to the Marina in the morning (very close to it). Facilities look good, but we did not use any because of some personal issues.

Love the nice fragrant in the lobby. Love the bedroom, the size and the bathtub. Staffs was excellent and friendly. My flight was delayed so i extended paid late check out and they made it so easy n brief. I will surely come back to the hotel in future :) thank u!!!

The rooms are spacious, clean, big enough and modern. I traveled for 3 weeks in Indonesia and this was good value for money. Pool area seemed a bit outdated but was perfect to relax, gym is good and Spa treatment was excellent. Good place to discover the Northwest of Jakarta (Ancol, Fatahillah square, pasar Baru & shopping) and great location to take taxi back to the airport!

Right beside Mangga Dua Square. ITC is the best shopping around that area. Jakarta is very jam everywhere. Please choose carefully the place you would like to go in order to make the right choice for the hotel. Breakfast is normal and sausages will not refill. The room has to upgrade as the carpet is old n look dirty. The only thing to praise is the well trained staffs. Most of them are very friendly and helpful.

Fairly nearby the Jakarta stadium! And really good staff and nearby convenient shops and simple eateries! Will return again if I go for another concert!

- The atmosphere was great. I love the view from my room that was facing a fish pond. The interior was decent and the bed was clean. - Water pressure and heat were great. You can request for toiletries. - Close to many fast food restaurants and mini markets.
